Did you know that for added convenience and potential savings you could receive up to a three-month supply of your prescription maintenance drugs without a trip to your local pharmacy?

WellPoint NextRx Mail Service Pharmacy is a prescription home delivery service that works with Starmark to offer you:

• Potential savings. Receive up to a 90-day supply of your drugs, for potentially less than you currently pay.
• Convenience. Drugs can be delivered directly to your home, office or another location that’s convenient for you. No more monthly visits to your local retail pharmacy.
• Safe, reliable service. Multiple quality checks are performed to ensure safety and accuracy.

Getting started with WellPoint NextRx Mail Service Pharmacy has never been easier. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Obtain a prescription from your provider for each maintenance drug (typically a 90-day supply) that you or a family member will be taking. Additionally, you may wish to ask your provider to write a 30-day prescription to fill at a local pharmacy while waiting for the mail service prescription to arrive.
2. Complete and mail the Mail Service Enrollment Form along with your new prescription(s) and payment to:

   Or, have your provider fax the prescription(s) and completed order form to 800.905.9815. You may also register online at www.precisionrx.com.

That's it. Your prescription will be mailed to you 10 to 14 days from the time the order is placed. You'll receive free standard delivery on your prescription orders, and rush orders can be shipped overnight to the address of your choice for an additional cost.
