Lab Testing Program Reminder:
Remember to Verbally Request Your Lab Card® or Lab Card Select Benefit
With the recent merger of LabOne and Quest Diagnostics, you now have access to even more outpatient laboratory collection sites. But remember: If you are a Lab Card® or Lab Card Select (formerly known as LabOne Select) member, you must verbally tell the lab you want to use this benefit when you present your Starmark medical ID card.
Accessing the Benefit
- Check www.labcard.com or www.labcardselect.com, or call the toll-free program number on your ID card before any visit to a collection site. Remember, only those collection sites listed on the program website(s) are able to collect for the Lab Card or Lab Card Select programs.
- Identify yourself as a Lab Card or Lab Card Select member. Simply show your Starmark ID card featuring the Lab Card or Lab Card Select logo, or your stand-alone Lab Card or Lab Card Select ID card.
- Verbally request to use the benefit.
