Combine an Indemnity Plan With the Starmark HRA

Indemnity Plans

If your group does not have access to network physicians or hospitals, select indemnity coverage to provide your employees with the convenience and flexibility to seek treatment from any physician or facility.

All plans include a prescription drug card. Plus, plans with deductibles of $1,000 or less receive the Lab Card® Program, and plans with deductibles of $1,500 or more receive the Lab Card Select Program.
