PPO health plans, which feature benefit options that can be tailored to meet specific needs.
Consumer-directed health plans (CDHPs), which can be paired with a health savings account for added tax advantages and employee engagement in healthcare decisions.
Indemnity plans, which are available for businesses without PPO network access.
