    • Prescription drug card with $0 deductible on generic drugs
  • The Consumer Health Advantage PPO plan offers:
    • The ability to establish a health savings account HSA) for tax advantages
    • Choice of any HSA administrator, including Starmark's recommended custodians, HSA BankTM and Charles Schwab Trust Company
    Plus, both plans offer:
    • Separate in- and out-of-network deductible and coinsurance accruals
    • Flexibility in plan design
    • Options, such as preventive care and supplemental accident coverage
    • Freedom to choose any provider
