Starmark Enters New Market: South Dakota

LAKE FOREST, Ill., March 28, 2007 Star Marketing and Administration Inc. (Starmark) recently entered the South Dakota small group healthcare benefits market, increasing the number of states Starmark markets in to 39 nationwide.
