Starmark Now Offers Convenient Access to HSA Balance Through Healthy Foundations

Easy access to health savings account balance gives insureds ability to better manage their funds
HSA custodian links provide direct access to manage account online

LAKE FOREST, Ill., Sep. 27, 2006 — As part of the Healthy Foundations suite of Web-based tools launched earlier this year, Star Marketing and Administration Inc. (Starmark) introduces online HSA balance access. This new feature enables insureds with a health savings account through one of Starmark’s preferred custodians, HSA Bank^TM or Charles Schwab Trust Company, to log on to the Healthy Foundations section of www.starmarkinc.com to access their HSA balances without ever leaving the Starmark website.

To further streamline the process, once logged on to the Starmark site, members can link directly to their HSA custodian’s website where they have access to claims data and more detailed fund or account information.

With Healthy Foundations, all Starmark members have convenient access to the following decision support tools to help them make informed healthcare choices:

HealthAtoZ – Health information and interactive health management tools, including condition managers, reminders, information about diseases and conditions, detailed fitness and nutrition guidance, and online fitness demonstrations
Rx Price Comparison – More than 200 drugs with lower-cost alternatives for ongoing conditions, including over-the-counter alternatives when available
Treatment Cost Comparison – A range of cost estimates for in- and out-of-network providers based on ZIP code, including how much members can expect to pay for office visits, diagnostic tests, lab tests and more
